Michigan Print-Copy-Mail is the University’s full-service printing resource, supplying full-color printing projects, as well as copies and document reproduction. It also provides client education, hands-on advice for software application and disk preparation, assistance with planning, and project management.

Printing Services

• For nearly 100 years, Printing Services has been committed to providing our customers in the U-M community with high-quality, fast-turnaround, competitively priced printing products and services.  Printing Services produces a wide variety of printed materials including stationery, business cards, envelopes, notepads, labels, brochures, flyers, posters and much more. Many standard items can be ordered using our online catalog.
• Printing Services’ experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly staff operates state-of-the-art digital equipment. This includes:
  • digital four-color printing on sheets up to a 13 x 19 size
  • digital color printed envelopes
  • online proofing in order to get your proof to you as fast as possible
• Our experienced prepress staff can typeset your job from scratch, or accept your hi-res PDF files. We also accept files created in a variety of formats exported to a PDF file

Copy Center

• At the copy center, we can meet your needs for speed.
• Whether you want a small copy job, digital printing in high-speed black and white or color, or posters, you can send files to us from your desktop. Professional design assistance is available.
• We can give you good ideas about ways to save money like Documents-on-Demand or by printing templates and digitally imprinting personalized text.
• You can pick up your finished documents, have them delivered directly to you, or arrange to hold them in our Fulfillment and Storage area for future use. If they are to be mailed, they can be ink jet addressed and mailed by Mail Services at the most cost-effective rate through postal automation.

Fulfillment Services

• Fulfillment and Storage Services at 1919 Green Road helps you get the most for your money when you produce and distribute paper documents. It offers secure HIPAA-compliant storage, web interface, real-time inventory, and online access to reports.
• In order to take advantage of economies of scale, you can offset print a large quantity of documents and store them for later use. This means that you do not have to reprint small quantities at a higher unit cost.
• You can save time and money on custom document publishing by offset printing templates in color and personalizing them with digital printing as needed. In addition to the benefits of personalization, this means that your materials are less likely to become obsolete.

Michigan Photography is dedicated to capturing the essence of U-M through the people, the events and the spirit that make Michigan great. Our team provides professional photography services to the U-M community, the media and the general public. Located in the heart of Central Campus, Michigan Photography knows the university inside and out. Every day, our team of photographers records U-M’s history through thoughtful, creative and high-quality photographic images. All of Michigan Photography services are available to anyone and everyone in the surrounding community; faculty, staff, students, their family, and the general public.

Michigan Media is the official video production unit of U-M. It is composed of talented staff with the expertise to handle any project of any size, produces original videos, instructional videos, training videos, and livecasts, and covers events.  Michigan Media is also available to work with principal investigators and researchers to document the impact of research
grants.
